ADOBE AIR DEVELOPER NEEDED ASAP

I am looking for someone who can HONESTLY code in Adobe Air.

Not someone who thinks they can code in Adobe Air. It is for a project I want to start.

Must be fluent in english and have a good business mind and mentality.

Must have skype and must accept paypal.

I am not looking for just anyone you HAVE TO BE GOOD! I have been let down big time in the past.
