Virtual Receptionist for Melt Body Health (Remote – Philippines) | Beauty Industry Experience Required
Full-Time | 8am–2pm EST (8pm–2am PHT)
Pay: Starting at $6.50 CAD/hour with performance-based raises after 3 months

Melt Body Health is an award-winning Canadian clinic specializing in non-invasive body contouring and skin-tightening facials. We're growing quickly and are looking for a warm, organized, and experienced Virtual Receptionist to become the first point of contact for our clients.

This is more than just a customer service role — you'll be the voice of our brand, helping clients feel confident, supported, and excited to book with us.

Responsibilities
-Answer incoming calls, texts, and DMs through RingCentral and social media platforms
-Handle all appointment bookings, reschedules, and cancellations
-Confirm appointments 2 days in advance and follow up on no-shows or missed appointments
-Call back previous clients to re-engage and rebook them
-Actively fill schedule gaps by reaching out to leads or past clients
-Follow up with Facebook leads and book them directly into Fresha
-Maintain logs in Google Sheets and communicate daily updates with our team
-Track missed calls and ensure every client is followed up with
-Support the team with light admin tasks

Requirements
-Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or scheduler
-Background in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry is required
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Available to work 8am–2pm EST (8pm–2am PHT), Monday to Friday
-Strong customer service skills with a friendly, confident tone
-Proactive in filling schedule gaps and booking leads
-Comfortable making outbound calls to confirm appointments and rebook clients
-Experience using:
– RingCentral or similar VoIP/call systems
– Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
– Booking software like Fresha
– Facebook or social media lead management tools
