What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be supporting our Facebook and Google Ads strategists directly. This isn’t a client-facing role, but you’ll play a key part in helping us deliver great outcomes for our clients. Tasks will vary from week to week, but may include:

- Assisting with campaign setup and launches on both platforms
- Performing negative keyword audits and cleanup in Google Ads
- Updating or building landing pages in WordPress or GoHighLevel
- Helping with ad copy formatting and creative uploads
- Monitoring dashboards to flag performance changes or issues
- Keeping documentation and internal systems organized
- Supporting the ad team with other small-but-critical tasks

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience assisting with Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Basic working knowledge of both ad platforms
- Experience using WordPress or GoHighLevel (or similar landing page tools)
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, data entry, and basic reporting
- Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- A strong communicator who’s proactive and dependable
- Curious and willing to learn (this is a great growth role)
- Experience working with home service businesses is a bonus, but not required.
