Position Title:
Outreach Specialist (Cold Email & LinkedIn Campaigns)

Work Schedule:
Full-time (Remote), ideally with 4+ hours overlap with UK business hours

$700 USD/month (depending on experience)

???? Role Overview
We’re hiring a sharp, reliable Outreach Specialist to run cold outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and lead databases. Your job is to book qualified meetings for VIA and our clients using proven systems and smart targeting.

????? Key Responsibilities
Launch cold email & LinkedIn outreach campaigns (using Apollo, Instantly, or Lemlist)

Research and segment prospect lists by industry and buyer profile

Personalize messaging using templates and variables

Monitor responses, qualify leads, and schedule appointments

Keep CRM (HubSpot or Pipedrive) up-to-date with lead activity

Report campaign metrics (open rates, reply rates, booked calls)

? Requirements
1–3 years of outbound, SDR, or prospecting experience

Familiar with tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Instantly, or Lemlist

Strong English writing skills

Detail-oriented and results-driven

Comfortable working during UK hours

Experience in SaaS or agency lead generation

CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)

Copywriting or chat-based lead qualification

Familiarity with Zapier, Loom, or Clay
