Job Title: Medical VA with Digital Marketing Expertise

We are looking for a ROCKSTAR full-time VA for our VIP client who owns medical therapy clinics and several med spa clinics.

Requirements:

- VA must be available to work 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, on Central Time or Mountain Time

- VA should have a medical background, ideally a medical graduate in any form of medical therapy (physical therapy, physiotherapy, massage therapy, occupational therapy, etc.) and at least 1 year of remote working experience, with solid knowledge of how digital marketing works OR

- VA must have at least 3 years of experience working with a client in the medical or health & wellness niche.

- Must be able to present proof of experience. We will contact your previous client. The previous client should not be based in the Philippines

- Must have a solid understanding of how digital marketing works

- VA should be ready to lead a team of remote workers by 2026

Minimum Technical Requirements:

Computer/Laptop:

- At least 8GB RAM (16GB preferred)

- Intel i5 / Ryzen 5 processor or equivalent

- Up to 256GB SSD storage (for performance)

- Must be capable of running productivity tools (Zoom, Microsoft Office, etc.)

Backup Power:

- UPS or laptop power bank to avoid disruptions during outages

Peripherals:

- Noise-canceling headset with microphone

- Webcam (built-in or external)

- Second monitor (optional but useful)

- Smartphone

Internet Connection:

- Minimum 30 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload (25+ Mbps recommended for video calls and file transfers)

- Wired (Ethernet) connection preferred, or strong Wi-Fi signal

- Backup internet source (mobile hotspot or phone with data plan)
