Content Creator

Canoi Inc. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator and Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content for our insurance and real estate social media pages, as well as accurately entering data into our customer relations management platform.


Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality, engaging content for our insurance and real estate social media pages, including graphics, videos, and written posts
- Enter data into our customer relations management platform accurately and efficiently
- Develop a deep understanding of our brand voice and aesthetic to create consistent and compelling content
- Collaborate with our team to brainstorm content ideas and implement content strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media content creation


Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Excellent writing, graphic design, and video creation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with customer relations management platforms
- Knowledge of the insurance and real estate industries
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
