About the Role
This is a remote, full-time position working Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time). You’ll report to our U.S.-based marketing manager, work within a streamlined sales system, and be expected to hit daily activity goals and monthly sales targets.

Your Daily Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound cold calls per day using our company phone system
Perform consistent outreach, lead follow-up, and appointment setting
Sell Zino Web’s services: web design, SEO, and digital marketing
Identify client pain points and communicate how our services solve them
Log all activity and updates in the CRM accurately and in real-time
Hit assigned KPIs and monthly revenue targets
Collaborate with our internal team and provide feedback on sales strategy
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in a digital agency or marketing services role
Strong cold calling and lead conversion skills
Experience with agency sales cycles and high-ticket service offerings
Familiarity with web design, SEO, and digital marketing services (strong plus)
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication
Comfortable working in a performance-based environment with clear expectations
Highly organized, proactive, and committed to daily follow-through
Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: $450/month (Full-time, 40 hours/week)
Commission: 10% on every closed deal (no cap)
Tools Provided: CRM, phone system, scripts, training, and full support
KPI Expectations: Daily call minimum, deal pipeline tracking, monthly sales goal
