JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Project-Based Ad Specialist to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads through strategic paid advertising campaigns on Google and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be adept at all stages of the ad campaign lifecycle, from proposal creation and setup to ongoing optimization and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of various ad formats and targeting capabilities within both platforms, with a specific focus on Google Ads (Search, Display), Local Services Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Proposal Development:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, target audience, and campaign goals.
• Develop comprehensive ad campaign proposals outlining strategy, budget allocation, target demographics, proposed ad formats, expected outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Present proposals to internal teams and external clients (if applicable) effectively, articulating the rationale behind recommendations.

Campaign Setup & Implementation:
• Google Ads: Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display Network, and Local Services Ads. This includes keyword research, ad copy creation, landing page optimization recommendations, bid management, and audience targeting.
• LinkedIn Ads: Create and manage LinkedIn campaigns, utilizing various ad formats (e.g., Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Text Ads) to reach professional audiences, including job title targeting, company targeting, and lookalike audiences.
Ensure proper tracking and conversion setup for all campaigns using Google Tag Manager and other relevant tools.

Campaign Optimization & Management:
• Continuously monitor campaign performance against established KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and targeting parameters to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to optimize return on ad spend (ROAS) and lead generation.
• Implement negative keywords and audience exclusions to refine targeting and reduce wasted spend.

Reporting & Analysis:
• Generate regular, insightful reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to further enhance campaign results.
• Communicate campaign progress and results clearly and concisely to stakeholders.

Market Research & Trend Awareness:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Research competitor advertising strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing successful paid advertising campaigns on both Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Demonstrable expertise in Google Ads, including Search Network, Display Network, and Local Services Ads. Google Ads certifications are a strong plus.
• In-depth understanding of LinkedIn's advertising platform, targeting options, and ad formats.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy and clear, concise reports.
• Proficiency in creating persuasive and well-structured campaign proposals.
• Experience with conversion tracking setup (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Basic understanding of landing page optimization principles.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other paid advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads) is a bonus.
Familiarity with CRM systems for lead tracking and integration.
