Virtual Team Assistant (Generalist / Handyman Role)

We are a fast-paced, creative sports media brand looking for a versatile and motivated Virtual Team Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. You will be a key support figure across different departments, working closely with our VA, Social Media Manager, and Visual Editor.

This is a generalist position ideal for someone who is organized, fast-learning, and eager to get stuck into a variety of tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the current VA with admin, customer service, and client communication

Assisting the Social Media Manager with outreach, research, and follow-ups

Helping with customer support and client-facing communications when needed

Conducting lead generation and contact research (emails, social profiles, websites)

Performing competitor research and summarizing findings

Creating basic content or graphics (templates, simple posts)

Assisting the Visual Editor on simple tasks or prep work

Being the flexible “go-to” person for anything needed by the team

Who We’re Looking For:

Someone organized, flexible, and not afraid to jump into different roles

Good communicator, both written and verbal (English proficiency required)

Curious, proactive, and willing to learn through training

Experience in any of the following is a plus: admin, social media, research, customer support, outreach, Canva, data entry
