About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Setter to join our team. Your primary mission? Turn inbound interest and cold leads into qualified appointments for our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand the value of what we do — and why they should book a call.
This role is ideal for someone who’s hungry to grow, loves communicating with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do:
Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally (via email, social, DMs, and CRM)
Follow up consistently with warm leads and past prospects
Conduct outbound outreach to cold leads (we’ll provide tools and training)
Qualify leads using a simple script and set appointments for our closers
Use CRM tools to track conversations, follow-ups, and conversions
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach systems and lead quality
Send daily reports via slack

Who You Are:
1–3+ years of experience in appointment setting, sales development, or similar roles
Strong communicator — both written and verbal
Confident, persuasive, and not afraid to follow up (multiple times)
Comfortable with sales CRMs and messaging tools (we use GoHighLevel + ---------- )
Self-motivated and coachable — you’re excited to get better every day
Available to work during U.S. business hours (or overlap at least 4 hours)

Have experience in a marketing or agency environment
Have worked in remote, performance-driven teams
Are comfortable using AI tools and automation platforms
