Looking for Professional Full Time Virtual Assistant

My name is Rita, manager of DAC (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. We are a professional camping tent supplier in China.
Now, we are looking for a reliable virtual assistant to collect potential customers from Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Customs Data, etc.

You need to be:

1. Very good at English: Write and Speak
We need to have conferences every week or every month.
In the 1st week, this conference might be every day.

2. Expert on Google search:
Look for the right customer website, contact person, email address, phone number etc.,
Understand customers' businesses and products quickly.

3. Good Learning skills:
You should learn new things fast and be willing to take some pressure.
It will take half a day to learn about our product and how to search (We provide documents and videos).

4. Following work may be added from the 4th month or later:
1) Post products on Alibaba.
2) Post articles or video, or photos on the website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, Pinterest.
(It depends on your learning and working ability, and the company’s work schedule at that time)

5. Working time
1) Flexible
2) At least 8 hours/working day
3) At least 160 hours every month

PS: We will use ---------- to track your working time and also your computer screen. Your salary will be based on the total hours on the platform; work without tracking will have no salary.
