Part-Time Social Media Content Creator (with Video Editing Experience)

???? About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Content Creator who can work independently and help us build engaging content for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). This is a remote, part-time opportunity, ideal for someone looking for a flexible side gig.

You’ll be responsible for coming up with content ideas, writing captions, designing visuals, and especially creating and editing short-form videos. You’ll also communicate directly with a few select clients, so confidence and professionalism are key.


???? Responsibilities:
- Create content for Facebook & Instagram (other platforms are a bonus)
- Come up with content ideas and social media themes based on client goals
- Write engaging captions and text content for posts
- Design on-brand visuals (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and video
- Communicate with select clients to gather feedback and align on strategy


? Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media content creation
- Experience in video editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
- Excellent written English and a good eye for design
- Comfortable working independently and hitting deadlines
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Available to work within EST hours (flexible schedule is okay)


???? Big Plus (but not required):
- Experience working with real estate or property management companies in North America
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Ocoya, Buffer, or other schedulers
- Understanding of social media analytics and engagement strategies
