Bitrix24 CRM Specialist

Manage and maintain the CRM system (specifically in Bitrix24).

Oversee lead flow and ensure proper lead assignment to sales agents.

Monitor the sales pipeline and generate performance reports and dashboards.

Clean, validate, and segment customer data to ensure CRM accuracy.

Create and execute automated marketing campaigns (email/SMS/WhatsApp).

Integrate the CRM with real estate listing platforms (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize CRM usage and conversion.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to CRM and liaise with vendors for support.

Train staff and ensure best practices are followed across departments.

Ensure compliance with UAE data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR-equivalent).
