We’re a creator-led brand focused on sneaker reselling, YouTube content, and online education. Our content drives a profitable brand flywheel — and high-converting thumbnails are the entry point.


The Role:

Your job is simple: make people stop scrolling and click. You’ll be the full-time creative behind all thumbnail production across our YouTube videos (and sometimes TikTok/IG).

You will:
• Design 15–20 thumbnails/week across long-form + short-form
• Rework existing thumbnails weekly to improve CTR
• Study competitors and analyze performance data
• Maintain a thumbnail swipe file for inspiration and trends
• Test new styles, improve hooks, and bring ideas — not just designs

You’re a Fit If:
• You’re obsessed with YouTube and how thumbnails drive views
• You understand visual psychology: big faces, bold text, clean compositions
• You can work fast without sacrificing quality
• You’re hungry to improve and excited to grow with a fast-moving brand
• Tools you’re confident in: Photoshop, Canva Pro, Figma, or equivalent
