HIRING: Klaviyo Email Designer & Social Graphics with Figma Experience

We're on the hunt for a talented Klaviyo email designer to join our awesome team. If you love crafting eye-catching, results-driven email campaigns that make subscribers smile (and click!), we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for someone who:
Has a knack for creating email magic in Klaviyo
Knows all the insider tricks for email design that actually works
Can wield Figma like a pro
Can confidently design social media and ad creatives in Canva or Figma
Has the ability to work fast and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging email templates and campaigns using Klaviyo

Create visually appealing designs in Figma that translate well to email format

Design high-converting social media graphics and ad creatives using Canva/Figma

Ensure email and visual designs are responsive and display correctly across devices and platforms

Collaborate with our marketing team to align email and creative designs with brand guidelines and campaign goals

Optimize email designs for engagement and conversion

Slice designs in Figma and upload into Klaviyo with relative links

Schedule emails in Klaviyo (training provided)

Requirements:
Proven experience in email marketing design, particularly with Klaviyo

Proficiency in Figma for email design

Experience designing in Canva for social media and ad creatives

Strong understanding of email design best practices and limitations

Familiarity with email client rendering quirks

Portfolio showcasing previous email and creative design work

Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely

Availability to meet 1/week in MST timezone for team calls

Nice to Have:
Experience with A/B testing email designs

Knowledge of email marketing metrics and how design impacts performance

Familiarity with other ESPs (Email Service Providers)

Experience using Asana or other task management tools
