My company offers ad-hoc content writing, content marketing, mobile marketing, and product marketing services. Right now, we are expanding from the current small operation.

Many company just want to hire people for the minimum salary and then get the maximum work out of them. But we are different! You will work in a fun work environment, challenging and interesting assignments, you will contribute your ideas to the business and your quality work will be rewarded with a good salary - and as the business grows, your salary will also increase.

Currently I am bombarded with constant ad-hoc content/article writing requests and it is getting out of control! As with all ad-hoc requests, they come with very tight deadlines. Topics are not very hard to write about, and a good writer can write each of those articles within 30 mins to 1 hour depending on how much research has to be done. But I simply don't have time now.

So I am looking for that special, talented candidate that will become a 'superstar' on my team. Please apply if you meet the following criteria:

* Ability to write 10 articles (500 words each) a day. The topics are not very hard, and requires minimal research. Usually you can find the ideas and information on EzineArticles, Squidoo Lenses, HubPages and various websites. If you are assigned articles longer than 500 words, you don't have to write 10 articles a day. Workload will be deducted accordingly.

* Ability to write each articles within very tight deadline (usually 2 to 5 hours). But again, most of these will only require one hour or 30 minutes.

* Ability to work within full business hours (9 ~ 5), with one hour lunch break.

* EXCELLENT English skills an absolute must. The candidate will write quality content, rewrite at some times and even ghostwrite content, so he/she must have a complete control of the English language, spelling and grammar.

* Good research skills and ability to quickly digest new information

* All contents produced must pass Copyscape test.

* Great writing skills, writing articles, rewriting, copywriting and writing ebooks.

* Hard working and honest, working the amount of hours agreed on

* Has his/her own computer and a fast internet connection

* Can work from home without distractions

* Has a paypal account

* Is willing to learn new skills

* Interested in a long-term employment

What I will provide:

* Resources and researches to assist you in writing articles. Sometimes you won't even need to go out there in Google jungle to research. You will need to research yourself

* Copyscape premium account to test your contents

* Awesome performance bonuses

* Weekly pay on every Wednesday
