UI/UX Web Front End Designer

Job Description: Responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly web interfaces while collaborating closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders. Should have a strong eye for clean design, deep understanding of user experience, and proficiency in front-end development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Translate product requirements and user needs into high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes.
2. Be able to prototype web components to give example representations of pages such as photo carousels, embedded video and other dynamic elements.
3. Design user-centric wireframes, workflows, and mockups with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
4. Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI component libraries.
5. Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
6. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI and UX design into functional front-end code.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX and front-end development.


Education and Skills Requirements
? 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
? Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
? Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility
? Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and coding skills
? Knowledge of motion design, microinteractions, or animation tools
