We are a dynamic and fast-growing e-commerce company looking for an experienced Klaviyo
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage automated
Build and deploy campaign
Segment audiences to deliver personalized, targeted messages that drive engagement and sales.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop on-brand
Set up A/B tests to optimize subject lines, send times, content blocks, and CTAs.
Monitor
Maintain and grow healthy
Stay up-to-date with Klaviyo features and
Requirements:
Proven experience using Klaviyo to manage
Strong understanding of
Familiarity with e-commerce customer journeys and lifecycle stages.
Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot and fix issues before launch.
Comfortable working collaboratively with design, marketing, and strategy teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands.
Copywriting skills or experience writing high-converting
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or Photoshop for light design adjustments.
Experience with SMS marketing inside Klaviyo or similar platforms.
Understanding of deliverability best practices and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
