What’s the Role?
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our brand across platforms like
This is a full-time, remote role (Brisbane AEST hours), and you’ll play a crucial part in the next phase of our growth.
Your Impact:
Own and elevate our social media presence across all platforms
Build a robust content calendar and drive consistent engagement
Create graphics, stories, carousels, reels, and posts that convert attention into action
Manage our
Collaborate on top-of-funnel and middle-of-funnel marketing content
Support webinars, forum promotions, and live event campaigns
Track metrics, analyse results, and continuously optimise our strategy
Help bring our marketing assets (slide decks, landing pages, branding) to life
Optimise social and marketing content for SEO and support content discoverability via Google search
Assist in planning, implementing, and tracking Google Ads campaigns alongside paid social strategies
What We’re Looking For:
You're a creative storyteller, a visual thinker, and a strategist all rolled into one. You get what makes people stop scrolling. You understand different platform nuances and know how to tailor content accordingly. You don’t just post. You plan, test, tweak, and measure. Must-Haves:
3+ years of experience in a dedicated social media role
Strong visual design skills
Copywriting chops that can balance fun, professional, and persuasive tones
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn tools, and scheduling platforms
Understanding of basic SEO best practices and keyword research for social and marketing content
Strategic understanding of paid and organic content strategies
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and stick to deadline
Comfortable working Brisbane AEST hours
Strong work ethics that is aligned with our team culture & values
Nice-to-Haves:
Basic video editing or content repurposing skills
Experience in property, coaching, or personal development industries
Familiarity with tools like GoHigh Level,
