YouTube Video Editor

I need a video editor who is up to speed with current trend - someone who can edit 2 long videos (15 mins each) a week. Also convert these long videos to 4-6 shorts for me to share on short form media platform. The expert will be marking my brand and develop with his/her creativity over time. Over time - we will work on a system to keep time as efficiently as possible to optimize and allow time for creativity and idea brainstorming.
