Static Ads Designer

We’re searching for a Creative Static Ads Designer who knows how to craft scroll-stopping visuals that convert — not just look good. This is a performance-driven creative role where you’ll lead on concepts, design, and iteration of static image ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

You’ll be working with our team at Care Copenhagen, a fast-growing Nordic beauty brand, and a creative team that values speed, ownership, and smart visual communication.

What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience designing static ads or performance-driven e-commerce creatives
- Strong visual eye and understanding of layout hierarchy and ad psychology
- Experience designing for DTC brands or performance marketing teams
- Clear communicator with solid English skills
- Proactive mindset and creative thinker who can bring new ideas fast
