Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute break included)

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Assistant to join our team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ orders and inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. This is a remote position, but you must be available during French business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer service tasks primarily via email, including:

- Following up with suppliers regarding order acknowledgments and missing tracking numbers
- Forwarding inquiries to the appropriate internal teams
- Ensuring proper and timely delivery of orders
- Understanding and responding appropriately to international client inquiries
- Respond to live chat support in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule pickups with our carriers at clients' locations
- Ensure open customer cases are resolved quickly and efficiently

Proven experience in e-commerce customer service
Strong written communication skills in English (French is a plus)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
A high level of responsiveness and accountability
Proficiency with the following tools:
