Wordpress Website Developer - (Astra and Elementor Experience)

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented WordPress website assistant to bring custom-designed websites to life using Astra (using Spectra preferred) and Elementor themes. This is a long-term, part-time role with flexible hours — perfect for someone who enjoys building clean, fast, responsive websites and takes pride in getting the details right.

About Us
We’re a web and marketing studio based in Australia, focused on building high-performing websites for trades and construction businesses. You’ll be working from clear briefs with design inspiration, page structures, and keywords already mapped out. We handle the clients and content — your job is to build modern, SEO-optimised websites that work great on all devices.

Your Responsibilities
- Build custom websites using WordPress + Astra (ideally) or Elementor
- Follow provided designs or wireframes (sample sites, and suggested sections)
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and pixel-perfect accuracy
- On-page SEO (headings, image names, etc.)
- Set up essential integrations: contact forms, click-to-call buttons, email links, social links


What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience with WordPress and Elementor
- Clear and professional English communication is a key part of this role (written and spoken)
- Strong familiarity with Astra or similar themes
- A good eye for layout, alignment, and visual consistency
- Understanding of on-page SEO and performance optimisation
- Clear, reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines

Bonus: experience building websites for tradies or construction companies
