Beginner Social Media Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:
Create and manage a fun, consistent content calendar across IG, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Work hand-in-hand with our video editors to create scroll-stopping content.
Come up with caption ideas, story prompts, and post ideas that don’t feel like ads.
Schedule posts, stay organized, and track what’s working.
Keep up with trends and jump on them creatively.
Grow with the brand and take pride in the online presence you help shape.

What We’re Looking For:
You communicate clearly and confidently, whether in chats, emails, or meetings.
You’re creative, organized, and low-key obsessed with social media.
You know what works! Good hooks, strong captions, clear CTAs.
You’ve managed accounts or content calendars before.
Strong written English: witty, clean, and on-brand.
You’re reliable, independent, and detail-oriented.
Bonus if you’ve worked with tools like Canva or CapCut.
Bonus if you enjoy podcasts and know how to make content that keeps that vibe going.

What You Get:
$480/month starting rate, with the opportunity for raises and bonuses
Stability: You’ll manage just one brand, so you can really understand its voice and grow with it
Remote, full-time position
2 PM – 10 PM PHT, Monday–Friday (flexible if needed)
Philippine holidays observed
