About Us:
The Mortgage Hut is a trusted name in mortgage advice and brokerage, providing tailored solutions and a seamless service to clients across the UK. We’re currently expanding our remote team and looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Loan Officer based in the Philippines with previous experience in a similar role.

Role Overview:
As a Loan Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our advisors and ensuring that each mortgage application is processed efficiently and professionally. Your work will directly impact our clients' experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
?Process mortgage applications from submission through to completion
?Liaise with mortgage lenders to obtain case updates and relay these to clients and advisors
?Request and gather necessary documentation from clients
?Send completed documents and application files to lenders
?Conduct thorough case checks to ensure all mandatory documents are included
?Collaborate closely with mortgage advisors to support the progression of each file
?Maintain accurate and organised digital records of all client files
?Ensure each case progresses smoothly and in a timely manner, offering a high level of customer service throughout

Required Skills & Experience:
?Proven experience working as a Loan Officer (or similar role) in the Philippines
?Strong understanding of the mortgage application process
?Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
?Clear and confident communication skills (both written and verbal)
?Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
?Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
?Tech-savvy with experience using mortgage or CRM platforms (preferred)
