eCommerce Product Research & Listing Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Temu Product Research & Listing Assistant to join our e-commerce team. This full-time role (9 AM to 6 PM) will support our primary Product Research and Listing Virtual Assistant by handling product research, listing, and related tasks on the ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate will have basic e-commerce experience, strong Excel/CSV skills for bulk uploads, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in researching and sourcing low-cost, high-quality products across various e-commerce platforms to maximize profit
• Support product listing tasks, including preparing and uploading product images
• Validate supplier prices, costs, and shipping details to ensure competitiveness and meet margin requirements
• Perform bulk product uploads using flat file management (CSV/Excel) with high accuracy
• Maintain high efficiency and attention to detail while supporting the primary VA’s tasks
• Follow instructions from the primary VA to implement strategies and elevate business performance

Requirements:
• Basic e-commerce selling experience
• Product research experience on platforms like doba, eBay or Wayfair or other marketplace
• Strong Excel/CSV skills for bulk product uploads
• Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented work ethic
• Write "potato" in your application to show your attention to detail
• Stable and high-speed internet connection
