Our services include surveillance, background checks, skip tracing, infidelity investigations, asset location, and more. We are growing fast and looking for a reliable, sharp, and motivated assistant to help us close leads and support client needs.
???? The Role:
You will play a critical support role in our agency — handling warm inbound leads (from platforms like Bark and Thumbtack), assisting with sales, and providing exceptional customer service. This is not cold calling — all leads have actively requested our services.
In this role, you will:
???? Call warm leads (no cold calling) and pre-qualify them
???? Conference in with the agency owner during initial sales calls (first 1–2 months for training)
???? Help close sales and explain service packages
???? Handle billing and follow-ups with existing clients
???? Provide case updates, collect documents or information from clients
???? Reach out to clients to confirm appointments, send reminders, and follow up
?? Send agreements or service terms when needed
???? Act as a professional extension of the agency owner
???? Requirements:
? Fluent / Near-native English (spoken and written)
? Experience in sales, customer service, or legal/PI support roles
? Professional, confident phone presence
? Fast learner — must be able to mirror and eventually handle consultations independently
? Organized and proactive — we need someone who can follow up without needing to be reminded
? Comfortable working U.S. business hours (PST/EST time zones)
? Stable internet connection, quiet environment for calls
? Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, Zoom, RingCentral (or willing to learn)
? Bonus Points:
Familiarity with private investigation, legal, or law enforcement industries
Experience handling leads from Bark, Thumbtack, or similar platforms
Prior background working with U.S. customers or service-based companies
? Schedule:
Full-time (approx. 40 hours/week)
Must be available during U.S. daytime hours (some flexibility possible)
