Customer Support Virtual Assistant – Full-Time, Long-Term Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team in a customer support role. The right candidate must have exceptional communication skills — both written and spoken — and speak English clearly with a minimal accent. Clear, professional, and empathetic communication is a core requirement of this role, as you will be interacting directly with clients and customers.

This position is focused on providing outstanding customer support, client experience, and customer success. You should be comfortable handling customer inquiries, resolving issues with a service-oriented mindset, and creating a positive and seamless experience for every client interaction.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with growth potential. While the role offers some flexibility, you must be available for regular overlap with US business hours. Compensation is competitive and will be based on experience.
