Design + Social Media + Video Editing

Hi, I'm Co-Founder of an Australian legal tech startup.

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented virtual assistant to support our small team across design, video, and content. This is a part-time, ongoing role. Our brand is clean, calm, and quietly confident. Think minimal, timeless design—not flashy or overdone.

I’m looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help with:

Graphic Design using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator (social media posts, marketing decks, mockups)
Instagram + LinkedIn: Content creation, scheduling, posting, light hashtag and story work
Video Editing for short-form content using CapCut or Adobe Premiere
Newsletter Layouts: Formatting simple email campaigns
Admin/Creative Support: Sourcing imagery, repurposing content, preparing assets

This role is a great fit if you:
Proven portfolio and previous experience with content creation, design, and video editing
Have a strong eye for design and can create content
Feel confident editing short-form video
Are experienced with Canva and CapCut (or similar tools)
Are self-motivated, reliable, and communicate clearly in English
A reliable internet connection
