Graphic Designer & Customer Service Support (Remote Position)

Do you enjoy design and helping people?

We're looking for someone creative and organized to support our graphic design and customer service teams. This is a remote position where you’ll work on fun, custom projects and grow your skills in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

Design graphics for social media, the website, and client materials
Use Photoshop to help speed up the rug design and approval process
Create mockups and templates to help clients see their designs
Communicate with clients to get design approvals via email
Answer customer questions and guide them through custom orders. - Q&A Templates will be provided.

What We’re Looking For:

Comfortable using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Creative eye and strong attention to detail
Clear written and spoken communication skills
Able to follow instructions and work independently
Customer service experience is a plus
Video editing experience (Premiere Pro or CapCut) is a bonus.

Training & Tools:

Full training is provided
We use G-Suite to send and explain designs to clients
