Construction marketer

SEEKING A COLD CALLER, We are a construction company. Your task will be to create a list of all apartment complexes, storage facilities and property management companies within a 50 mile radius of our office. Call them all, find out who needs our service, and schedule them for an appointment for one of our representatives to visit them and offer them a price.

Please have at least some prior experience in cold calling and marketing.
