Social Media Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist with a strong command of English to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be transforming long-form podcast episodes into engaging YouTube videos and short-form clips for platforms like LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter).

This is a hands-on, content-focused role perfect for someone who loves storytelling through video, understands the nuances of social media, and has a keen eye for what makes content resonate with an audience.

Responsibilities
- Edit podcast episodes into compelling YouTube videos (basic visuals, cuts, and subtitles as needed).
- Create short-form clips (15–90 seconds) optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Add captions, animations, and visual enhancements to improve viewer engagement.
- Repurpose podcast insights into engaging post captions or snippets.
- Collaborate on content calendars and help brainstorm social media campaigns.
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice and goals.

Requirements
- Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Proven experience editing content for social media (portfolio or samples required).
- Understanding of platform-specific trends and best practices.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.

Bonus: Experience working with B2B or podcast content.
