We're Hiring: Canva Designer – IM Design Specialist - Australia

Remote | Contract-Based | Starts ASAP

Alan Place is on the hunt for a Canva-savvy graphic designer to join our team of IM Designers. We create bold, polished, and high-impact Information Memorandums (IMs) for commercial properties. If you're confident in your design eye, quick in Canva, and comfortable interpreting briefed content into beautiful layouts, this is for you.

About the Role
You’ll be designing modern, on-brand IMs for leasing campaigns. Each project is unique, but the standard includes maps, key features, photos, and custom brand elements. You’ll work from clear briefs using content and references we provide.

Starting part-time for first month with good performance will increase hours to full time.

What You'll Need
- Proficiency in Canva Pro
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to follow a structured system and process
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and commercial property appeal
- Able to understand and action feedback quickly
- Comfortable working from structured content and brand briefs
- Fast turnaround – most projects are 8–12 hour delivery
- Clear communication and reliability

Bonus: experience with commercial real estate, brochures, or agency work
