About the Role:
We’re hiring a talented video editor who’s comfortable working in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to create both polished long-form content and viral short-form clips. You'll be taking full-length videos and transforming them into engaging edits for YouTube, then slicing out the most captivating ---------- nts into scroll-stopping TikToks, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

What You’ll Do:

Edit long-form video content (5–30 min) in Adobe Premiere Pro

Cut and repurpose long-form into viral short-form content (15–90 sec)

Add motion graphics, dynamic text, and effects using After Effects

Format and optimize videos for different platforms (16:9, 9:16, 1:1)

Add subtitles, sound design, and transitions to improve viewer retention

Collaborate on content flow, pacing, and visual storytelling

Stay up-to-date on editing trends, viral formats, and social platform best practices

You’re a Fit If You:

Are highly proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects

Have experience editing both long-form videos and viral clips

Understand storytelling, pacing, and retention tactics

Know how to make content feel modern, fast-paced, and platform-optimized

Can work quickly without sacrificing quality

Have a strong portfolio that includes both long-form and short-form edits

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience in niches like fitness, storytelling, entrepreneurship, or YouTube content creation

Understand how to create compelling thumbnails or titles

Can color grade or mix audio to a professional standard
