JOB OVERVIEW

WHO WE ARE
We’re a performance marketing company that generates qualified inbound phone calls for home service businesses in the U.S. (pest control, HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, and more).

We don’t sell clicks.
We don’t run agency retainers.
We don’t care about CTR.

We track real revenue from real calls. If it doesn’t monetize, it doesn’t matter.

Our model is Pay-Per-Call:

You run ads on Google Search

A user clicks and calls through a mobile-optimized landing page or Call Extension.

If the call lasts 90+ seconds, we get paid by a national buyer

If it doesn’t, we don’t.

We monitor calls through our call tracking platform and evaluate performance by profit per call, not lead count.

THE ROLE
We’re hiring a full-time Google Search Media Buyer who:

Thinks in ROI

Tests hypotheses like an analyst

Treats ad spend like their own money

Knows how to optimize campaigns that only get paid if a phone call converts into a billable call

You’ll manage search campaigns, refine landing pages, monitor conversion tracking, and scale systems that already produce revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and optimize Google Search campaigns

Segment ad groups by theme, intent, and service type

Write and refine conversion-focused ad copy

Drive clicks to mobile-first landing pages with call extensions and click-to-call CTAs

Track and analyze performance using call tracking software + GA4 imports

Build and manage UTM structures to connect spend and revenue

Monitor engagement behavior via Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, recordings)

Run smart, goal-based A/B tests (copy, pages, CTAs) tied to real call outcomes

Optimize based on call volume, duration, and margin, not just click behavior

YOU’RE A FIT IF YOU:
Have 2+ years in Google Search (not Display or PMax)

Are comfortable building and refining Broad Match campaigns with aggressive negatives

Know how to write ads that convert into phone calls

Understand landing page optimization (Elementor or WordPress experience ideal)

Can read GA4, track calls, and follow a user through click-to-call funnel logic

Understand what makes a call monetizable — not just a lead form or click

Know how to think in CPL, CPA, ROAS, and actual profit margin

BONUS POINTS FOR:
Experience with call tracking tools like CallRail, Nimbata, Ringba, etc.

Familiarity with GA4 + UTM performance tracking

Running segmented, high-volume search campaigns (by service, geo, or buyer type)

Having built full-funnel pages in WordPress

Past experience monetizing phone calls through lead gen or affiliate setups

WHAT THIS IS NOT
You won’t run PMax, Display, or YouTube

You won’t manage clients or do client reporting

You won’t run call-only ads (we use landing pages + call extensions)

You won’t win by testing without monetizing

This is direct-response media buying with measurable ROI.
You will spend money, make money, and scale what works.

COMPENSATION
Base: $1,100–$1,300/month (USD) to start

Commission: Based on ROI generated (calls sold > ad spend)

Upside: Top buyers scale past $2,000–$5,000/month once performance proves out
