We're Hiring: Paid Media Virtual Assistant (Full-Time, Remote – PH Applicants)

About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a skilled and driven Paid Media Virtual Assistant who knows Meta Ads inside out. If you’ve also worked with Google or TikTok Ads — even better! You’ll be working closely with our dynamic team in Australia to help build, manage, and scale ad campaigns that actually deliver results.

This is a remote, full-time role open to applicants based in the Philippines. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about growth marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and launch high-performing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok

Daily monitoring, optimising, and troubleshooting of campaigns

Reporting on performance and KPIs

Audience research and targeting strategy development

Identifying opportunities to improve performance across accounts

Collaborating daily with the Growth Huntr team via Slack and ----------

Staying up to date with changes across Meta and TikTok ad platforms

Bonus Points For:

Experience with Google Ads

Background in e-commerce or fashion marketing

Strong English communication skills

A portfolio of campaigns or results you've contributed to

Salary & Perks
