Social Media Assistant — Web3 / Crypto (Remote, Full-Time)

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and crypto-curious Social Media Assistant to support our global team at Unit Network. You’ll help us post content, engage with our community, and grow our presence across Twitter/X, Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube.

This is a long-term remote role, perfect for someone based in the Philippines with strong English, good content instincts, and interest in Web3 or tech.

Salary Range:
- $600 – $900 USD/month (depending on experience)
- Additional monthly UNIT token bonus
- Performance-based increases and room to grow

Work Hours & Type:
- Full-Time — 40 hours/week
- Remote (Work-from-home)
- Flexible schedule (async friendly, some overlap with GMT or EST)

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and publish content across social channels (Twitter/X, IG, Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Write and edit captions, hashtags, taglines

Coordinate with the multimedia team to share visuals, carousels, reels

Monitor DMs, respond to comments, flag community inquiries

Track basic post performance and keep weekly summaries

Suggest content ideas from crypto/Web3 trends

Required Skills:
1–2 years experience in social media management or assistance

Excellent written English

Familiarity with Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram

Comfortable using ---------- , Notion, Google Drive, Buffer/Later

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsive

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Canva or Photoshop graphic editing

Prior experience with Web3, fintech, or crypto brands
