About Us
We are a fast-growing real estate investment company looking for an A+ experienced cold caller to reach out to property owners, qualify them as potential sellers, and set follow-ups with our acquisition team. If you have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a high-performance environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to property owners using a dialer system.
Engage prospects in conversations to identify motivation and property details.
Overcome initial objections and make a positive impression with potential sellers.
Accurately document call outcomes and follow-up tasks.
Collaborate with the acquisition team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.

Requirements:
Fluent English (strong verbal communication is a must).
Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (real estate experience is a plus).
Ability to handle objections and navigate preliminary sales conversations effectively.
Strong work ethic, discipline, and ability to work independently.
Reliable internet connection, headset, and a quiet work environment.
Comfortable working U.S. time zones (EST/CST).

Preferred (But Not Required):
Experience with real estate lead generation.
Familiarity with CRMs (Notion, Pebble, etc.), schedulers (Calendly) and text/dialers (ReadyMode, ROOR).
Previous experience in a sales role with commissions or bonuses.

Pay:
? 224 - ? 280 per hour ($4-$5 per hour with increase after 90 days)
