About the Role:
Effortless Influence is looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor who specializes in real estate content. From high-end listing videos to short-form social clips, you’ll craft visually stunning and scroll-stopping edits that help agents and agencies grow their personal brands and generate leads.

Responsibilities:

Edit long-form videos like home walkthroughs, agent interviews, or vlogs

Create short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with powerful hooks and clear branding

Clip highlights from longer videos for social reuse

Add captions, transitions, branding elements, and licensed music

Maintain visual consistency across agent brands and platforms

Collaborate with the team for revisions and timely delivery

Requirements:

Strong portfolio of real estate or lifestyle video edits

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut

Great sense of pacing, storytelling, and style

Up-to-date on social trends and real estate content formats

Detail-oriented, responsive, and deadline-driven

Bonus Points:

Experience editing drone or luxury property footage

Motion graphics or text animation skills

Familiarity with Canva, After Effects, or YouTube optimization
