We are a quickly growing coaching company that is looking for entry-level virtual assistants to help manage lead flow through social media channels and create meaningful connections with potential clients.

The ideal virtual assistant we need is someone who feels very comfortable with conversational English for a social media context, who is passionate about helping people improve their lives, who is detail oriented, reliable, and who wants to prove themselves to gain more opportunities for growth in their career.

If accepted, you will start with 7-9 hours a week at a competitive hourly rate with the opportunity to add more from there. This role should be considered a part time, "side hustle" that has the potential to turn into a full time role and a long term career if your performance is above average.

Having another job or source of income is permitted so long as you follow through on your assigned tasks to the company standards.

We need someone who enjoys making connections with others and who thinks of themselves as a friendly, warm person.

Job tasks and duties include engaging with leads on social media as well as social media lead generation and data management. Other administrative tasks may follow as well such as research, data management, and social media management.

Requirements
- Must also have access to a smartphone, computer, reliable high speed internet and power source.
- Must have had a Facebook profile for at least 3 years
- Must be willing to use your Facebook profile for work
- Must be able to start immediately
- Must have decent proficiency with written and spoken English
- Must be mission oriented – not just looking for a paycheck
- Must be detail oriented
