Rockstar Virtual Assistant Wanted (Web & Social Media)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to become an essential part of our dynamic team. You'll help our founder elevate our online presence by managing websites (WordPress & Squarespace) and creating engaging social media content (Instagram & LinkedIn) using Canva. If you're passionate about digital marketing, creativity, and making an impact, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Update and manage websites using WordPress (Elementor templates)

Design and edit attractive pages in Squarespace

Create visually appealing social media posts using Canva.

Regularly schedule and publish content on Instagram and LinkedIn.

Conduct basic analytics and performance tracking (engagement, reach, growth)

Ensure all content follows brand style guidelines and templates.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with WordPress (Elementor) templates, Squarespace, and Canva

Strong familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn posting strategies

Excellent communication skills (English, written and verbal)

Highly organized, reliable, and proactive in communication

Stable internet connection (plus backup)

Bonus Skills (nice-to-have):

Basic SEO knowledge (meta titles, descriptions, keyword research)

Copywriting experience for engaging captions and web content

Experience with short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok)
