Inside Sales Agent (Real Estate) – Full-Time Remote VA

We’re looking for a smart, hungry, and reliable Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join us full-time. You will be calling leads, qualifying buyers and sellers, setting appointments, and helping manage follow-ups — all from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Be Doing
-- Make outbound calls daily to cold, warm, and past client leads
-- Follow our proven scripts to qualify leads quickly and professionally
-- Use CRM tools to update notes, manage follow-ups, and track lead status
-- Send texts/emails to follow up with leads and set appointments
-- Collaborate with our U.S. sales team to pass off qualified leads
-- Track performance and improve based on coaching and feedback

What We’re Looking For
-- Fluent English speaker with a confident, clear voice
-- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate ISA, BPO outbound sales, or lead generation
-- Strong internet connection, noise-canceling headset, and professional home setup
-- Experience with CRMs like Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, or similar (preferred)
-- Self-motivated, reliable, and excited to grow long-term with our team
-- Real estate knowledge is a bonus — not required
