Email Marketing & Automation VA

Description:
We’re looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our email subscriber base, primarily using ActiveCampaign. You’ll assist with campaign creation, automation setup, segmentation, tagging, and light reporting. If you’re experienced in e-commerce flows, love clean automations, and understand subscriber psychology—this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Build and manage email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement)

Set up and optimize tagging and list segmentation

Build and manage automations in ActiveCampaign

Assist with A/B testing and performance tracking

Draft light copy if needed (we’ll provide frameworks)

Work closely with our content and design team to schedule weekly emails

Requirements:

Proven experience with ActiveCampaign

Experience in e-commerce and digital product funnels

Knows how to track email performance KPIs

Clear English communication

Reliable and deadline-driven
