Experienced Mortgage Loan Processor Assistant / VA

Are you an experienced Loan Processor VA with a strong background in California mortgage loans? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional to join our dynamic team and support our loan officers remotely.

Responsibilities:
• Support loan officers by collecting, organizing, and verifying borrower documents
• Manage pipeline tasks and update loan files in LOS systems
• Review loan applications for completeness and compliance with California lending regulations
• Coordinate with clients, underwriters, and escrow/title companies
• Maintain clear communication and follow-up on pending items

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Loan Processor or VA in the mortgage industry
• Strong knowledge of California loan products, disclosures, and guidelines
• Familiarity with LOS systems like Encompass, LendingPad, or similar
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Required:
• Experience supporting multiple loan officers
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, and conventional loan processes
• Availability during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours
