???? About Us
We’re Prioritise PMU — a fast-growing marketing agency helping beauty and PMU businesses scale to £10K/month using powerful client-getting systems. We work with beauty clinics across the UK and US, and we’re looking for a reliable, high-performing appointment setter to handle weekend lead follow-up.

We already have a strong team in place, and we’re now expanding our appointment setting coverage to support our busiest lead times — Fridays to Sundays.

???? What You’ll Do
- Follow up with inbound leads through SMS, calls, and our custom CRM
- Use ClickUp & Go High Level (LeadConnector app) to manage tasks, notes, and automation flows
- Work from lead cheat sheets to personalise communication per campaign
- Book consultations or appointments directly into client calendars
- Keep our system updated with notes, call outcomes, and lead stages
- Collaborate with the wider team to report issues, flag poor lead quality, and improve campaign performance

???? What You Need
- Strong spoken and written English
- A positive attitude and natural confidence on the phone
- Reliable internet + your own laptop
- Ability to work independently and think on your feet
- Experience with CRMs, lead follow-up, or sales chats is a bonus

???? Your Shift
- We’re hiring specifically for weekend coverage:
- Saturday & Sunday – You must be available to call/respond during UK daytime hours
- Optional extra hours: Weekday shifts may be offered if desired and performance is strong
