MontWash LLC is a fast-growing real estate investment and development firm based in North Jersey, specializing in off-market acquisitions, project management, and short-term rentals. We're looking for a sharp, confident, and persistent Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to help us build relationships with motivated sellers and identify new opportunities.

Your Mission:
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential sellers—building rapport, handling objections, and gathering lead information that drives our deal pipeline. This is a people-first, results-driven role that rewards hustle.

What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls daily to homeowners using provided call lists and scripts

Engage prospects, qualify leads, and gather key information (e.g., property condition, motivation, timeline)

Overcome objections with confidence and empathy

Accurately input lead data into CRM (Podio or similar)

Follow up with leads through calls, texts, or emails as needed

Schedule follow-up appointments for our acquisitions team

Collaborate with team to improve scripts and calling strategies

Meet weekly KPIs and performance targets

What You Bring:
* Proven experience with cold calling or sales (real estate preferred)
* Strong spoken English and a friendly, conversational phone presence
* Resilience to rejection and ability to stay upbeat under pressure
* Quick learner, detail-oriented, and consistent in CRM use
* Comfortable following scripts—but skilled enough to think on your feet
* Familiarity with tools like Mojo Dialer, CallTools, REI Reply, or similar is a plus

Compensation & Incentives:

Base pay: $400–$500/month
