We are hiring a Detail-Oriented Amazon Operations Assistant.

What kind of tasks will you be dealing with?

Daily Checklists
Completing daily checklists to ensure our business is running smoothly.

Managing Cases
Managing open cases with our customers, as well as Amazon.

Shipment Tracking
Keeping track of our product shipments and updating the necessary tracking sheets.

Project Management
Keeping track of product quality issues, development cycles, and inventory volumes.

Research
Researching competitors, keywords, tools, and prospects.


Who we are looking for

Someone who is fluent in written English
Our team communicates in written and spoken English. We also communicate with our suppliers, partners, and customers in written English.

Someone who has superb attention to details
You are someone who pays attention to every little detail – not only in your work, but in everything you do. Please do not apply if you don’t consider yourself to be detail oriented.

Someone who has basic technical skills online
While you won’t be programming or designing images, you should have a basic understanding of the technical tools required to work in a virtual environment. You should have some knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Slack, Asana, Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, FTP.

Someone who is organized
Organization is a big part of operation success, so this should come naturally to you. Is your room organized? Is your life organized? Is your desk organized? If they are, you are probably the right fit.

Someone who is comfortable with numbers, math, data
A big part of operations is in data analysis and interpretation. While you don’t need to be a math whiz, you must be comfortable working with numbers and looking at data sheets.
