Position: Cold Caller for Real Estate Sales

Job Description: As a sms manager, you will be responsible for sending 4000 outbound text messages per day via Batch Leads and identifying potential leads. You will call the potential leads and qualify them prior to sending them to our CRM.

Compensation: We offer an hourly wage plus a generous bonus every time you identify a lead that sells their home to us.


Responsibilities:
Send outbound messages using Batch Leads
Closely monitor the inbox for potential leads and have conversations via text
Call all potential leads and qualify them
Schedule appointments for our acquisitions manager with interested and qualified sellers.

Requirements:
Fluent English speaker with good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Prior experience in cold calling, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proactive, motivated, and results driven.
Good organizational skills to manage the inbox.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Familiarity with the real estate sales process.
