We’re on the lookout for a high-performing Virtual Assistant to join our growing team as our Social Media Manager.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, cheerful, fluent in English (both spoken and written), and confident taking full ownership of a high-impact role. We’re looking for someone who’s not just managing posts—but building strategy, driving growth, and leading with initiative.
What You’ll Own:
Manage social media platforms, starting with X
Develop and execute compelling content, including fact-checking, crafting hooks, and writing captions
Analyze performance, generate insights, and implement winning strategies that grow audience and impact
What We’re Looking For:
A proven track record of creating content that generates high views, strong engagement, and follower growth
Previous or current experience as a Social Media Team Lead with measurable results
Familiarity with Amazon platforms and content strategies
Highly intelligent, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Reliable, cheerful, and takes initiative to lead without needing hand-holding
Requirements:
Willing to work US daytime hours (night shift PH time)
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken, C2 level)
