I’m looking for a reliable, proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves helping big ideas come to life through clear, consistent execution.
This isn’t your average VA job—if you’re someone who loves working behind the scenes to keep things organized, running smoothly, and moving forward (and you’re not afraid of deadlines), you’ll love this role.

???? Examples of Tasks You’ll Help With (You Don’t Need to Be an Expert in Everything):
Basic copywriting (emails, posts, simple landing page text)
Basic graphic design (Canva-level)
Audio editing (cutting out ums, adding intro/outro, uploading to podcast host)
Uploading videos + managing Kajabi products
Scheduling Zoom calls + sending invites
Sending client reminders + support messages ( ---------- /Kajabi)
Updating email sequences in Kajabi and ConvertKit
Simple landing page creation + editing (Kajabi)
Sales funnel setup + maintenance
Light customer service + inbox management
Other admin tasks to help me stay organized and focused

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Experienced with Kajabi + ConvertKit + Canva
A quick learner who takes initiative
Highly organized + detail-oriented
Committed to meeting deadlines without needing micromanagement

????What to Expect:
Remote, flexible schedule (but must respect deadlines)
Approx. 20 hours/week to start, with potential for full-time
We’ll begin with a 14-day trial at $3/hr
If it’s a great match, we’ll continue at $4/hr ongoing
